13" Chef Knife

Forged 1095 high Carbon steel with maple scaled handle and stainless steel pins.

Mirror polished to bring out the beauty of the "Hamon" on the blade.

Clay quenched in Parks 50 industrial oil and tempered at 400 degrees F with a edge hardness of 60-62.

Comes with a Black leather and velvet zipper case.

This make for a great house hold cutting knife or present to someone who loves to cook.

13" Fighter

Forged 1075 high Carbon steel with Cherry Dymondwood scaled handle and brass pins.

Mirror polished to bring out the beauty of the "Hamon" on the blade.

Clay quenched in Parks 50 industrial oil and tempered at 375 degrees F with a edge hardness of 58-61.

Currently in the process of making a leather sheath for this knife - more pictures to come.

This make for a great camping/service knife.
